Join poet, journalist, and activist Crystal Good for an ekphrastic poetry workshop inspired by our current exhibit “Romare Bearden: Artist, Activist, Visionary.” Ekphrastic poetry is writing that responds to works of visual art. Participants will tour the exhibit and learn exercises to help develop their written voice. Writing supplies provided but feel free to bring your preferred laptops, booklets, or pens. All experience levels are welcome, but children under 10 are to be accompanied by an adult. Advanced registration required. Questions?
