Homeschool Day: Ecology
April 25th from 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
This month, we're diving into the field of science called Ecology, where you will discover surprising ways that scientists keep an eye on the environment and the organisms that live there. The day starts off with an interactive presentation in the Caperton Planetarium and Theater about "Soundscape Ecology" and how scientists use sound to understand and study the environment. Afterward, we will head downstairs to our classrooms for an interactive lab about biodiversity and how organisms can adapt to their environments to survive.
